Jim Theiler is the Program Coordinator for the City of Omaha Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program. He has been an employee with the City of Omaha Public Works Department since 2000. Prior to that, he worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and for HGM Associates, Inc. Mr. Theiler graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1994, and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska. As an engineer, his primary focus has been in the field of water resources and wastewater collection system planning and management. Mr. Theiler is married and is the proud father of an 11-year-old son, Jack and a nine-year-old daughter, Natalie.
