“Each entry must come from an integrated design team consisting of a minimum of three key members, including at least one licensed or certified Engineer and one licensed or certified Landscape Architect. Other key team members may include architects, planners, hydrologists, restoration ecologists, soil scientists, landscape horticulturists, arborists, and other disciplines critical to the successful design of LID.
The inclusion of team members from other disciplines, including land development, homebuilding, landscape design, and construction disciplines, is strongly encouraged. Plans are in place to have a separate student competition, but students are also free to participate on design teams.

Presentation of Awards to the winners were the highlight and culmination of the Finals Presentations and Awards Program on March 8th, 2016.
A cash prize in the amount of $10,000 was awarded to the winning team. Second place received a cash prize in the amount of $5,000.
